Watch Around Water in Victoria
The Watch Around Water (WAW) program in Victoria continues to grow with over 150 facilities now accredited. This number equates to over half of all public facilities being program members. This milestone was surpassed in November 2014 and will be further boosted as YMCA Victoria continues to bring on board their newly contracted facilities under a central agreement.
Under the guidance of Life Saving Victoria and Aquatics and Recreation Victoria the program goes from strength to strength. Top of the current State agenda for development is the i) creation of the Victorian �members area� of the website, ii) development of marketing materials in different languages and iii) improved access to all WAW support resources.
